• Class immediately below Class 4 occupies whole Storey

• Vertically mixed = Requires higher Fire Resisting Type to all Storeys
• Type of Construction determined by classification of Upper Level
• Horizontally mixed = Requires higher Fire Resisting Type to all Storeys
• Separate by a fire wall between different Types of Construction
