I was never told the logical steps competent trades follow to get a major job done. I reckon this should have been something we all saw the 1st week of EVERY University & Trade Course we did.
Everyone can be more organised when you come on site …. even your DIY brother-in-law …. so he knows to get the electrical rough-in done BEFORE you turn up to help him fit linings.
